Sriracha Spheres

1: Pour the oil into a mason jar and transfer it into the freezer for 1 hour.

2: In a small pot, combine sriracha, water, and agar agar. Bring the mixture up to a boil and then remove it from the heat to cool for 5 minutes.

3: Pour the mixture into a squeeze bottle and slowly drizzle into the chilled oil.

4: Strain the spheres out of the oil and rinse them under cold water.

5: Store the spheres in water in the fridge for up to 3 days.
