2 oz hoisin

1 cup vegetable oil

2 oz water

Instructions

1: Place vegetable oil in a jar and freeze for 1 hour.

2: In a pot, whisk together sriracha, hoisin, water, and agar agar. Simmer for 2 minutes and set aside to cool for 6-7 minutes.

3: Pour the mixture into a squeeze bottle.

4: Remove the chilled oil from the freezer and slowly drizzle the sriracha/hoisin mixture into the oil.

5: Using a slotted spoon or fine strainer, remove the caviar from the oil and rinse under cold water.

6: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
